In diesel engines, due to the high cylinder operating temperature, a large amount of particulate matter containing nitrogen oxides is generated. Microemulsified diesel contains water that lowers the cylinder operating temperature, thereby reducing the amount of nitrogen oxides produced. During combustion, due to the high temperature, tiny droplets rapidly undergo "micro explosions", causing the oil droplets to be atomized into smaller droplets, resulting in more complete combustion. At the same time, water particles in fuel droplets generate hundreds of millions of micro vapor explosions, which cause subtle surface maintenance on the combustion chamber surface of the engine. This prevents the formation of sediment on the combustion chamber surface and effectively removes existing sediment (such as carbon deposits, gum, etc.), greatly reducing dust and nitrogen oxide emissions. This set of equipment can fully homogenize and emulsify heavy oil or diesel oil, water, additives and other multi-component components. Because the micro explosion principle of water molecules should be fully utilized during combustion to promote combustion, higher requirements are put forward for the overall lotion microemulsion. The fuel microemulsion homogeneous emulsification system combines macroscopic mixing with microscopic homogeneous emulsification, fully adapting to the microemulsion requirements of water in oil. Through relevant parameter optimization, it greatly utilizes the strong shear, impact, grinding, and cavitation effects of pipeline emulsifiers to achieve homogeneous emulsification requirements and maximize the oil-water stratification time.

Working principle of heavy oil and diesel emulsification unit
The core of the complete equipment is the pipeline emulsifier, which is equipped with one to three sets of fixed rotors in the working chamber and sealed with a double end mechanical seal. The rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of the motor, generating strong axial suction to suck the material into the cavity and withstand strong shear and dispersion effects. It can withstand tens of millions of high-speed shearing per minute, and the material is forced to pass through the precisely matched gap between the stator and rotor, and then thrown out of the stator hole or groove, promoting the mixing and dissolution of individual macromolecular materials. The material is turbulent in the gap and, under the joint action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives, instantly uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified. After high-frequency cyclic reciprocating, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.
